1. Program & Certificate Eligibility
- Not all programs or events are certificate-eligible.
- Certificate eligibility (where applicable) is clearly stated on the specific product or program page.
- If a program is not stated as certificate-eligible, no certificate (physical or virtual) will be issued.
2. Virtual (Soft Copy) Certificates
- For certificate-eligible programs only, eligible participants will receive a virtual (soft copy) certificate where applicable.
- Virtual certificates are issued after participation or completion, as outlined on the program page.
3. Physical Certificates (In-Person Attendance)
- Physical certificates are issued only for certificate-eligible programs and only to participants who:
- Paid using the correct in-person / graduation / certification link, and
- Attended the event in person
- Physical certificates are issued at the event venue only.
- We do not ship, store, reissue, or allow later collection of physical certificates.
- If you fail to attend, use an incorrect link, or leave your certificate at the venue, the physical certificate is forfeited.
4. Participant Responsibility
- Some events and programs may have multiple payment links for different purposes (e.g. attendance only, graduation, certification).
- It is your responsibility to read instructions carefully and select the correct option.
- Errors arising from failure to follow instructions do not create entitlement to refunds, replacements, or exceptions
5. Operational Limitations
- Live events require advance planning, venue booking, printing, and staffing.
- We are unable to accommodate last-minute changes or follow-up requests resulting from participant error or non-compliance with instructions.
